Author: making a presentation of the paper which will be published by the proceedings/journals.

Important Information

• One regular paper registration can cover a paper within 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. If you paper over than 5 pages, you are required to pay extra page's fee.
  The student registration fee is only applicable to the First author who is student. (a scanned copy of the student's ID card or a verification letter of the student's full-time status from the department head of the student's current institution)

Exclusion of Liability

The Conference Organizer will not be held responsible for participants' failure to attend the conference directly or indirectly occasioned by visa application deny, riots, diseases or any conditions beyond the control of the Conference Organizer. And thus, the conference registration fee cannot be refunded.

 

Cancellation Policy:

1. 70% refund for cancellations received before and on April 1, 2024; an administrative fee of 30% registration fee will be applied. 

2. NO REFUNDS for cancellation on and after April 1, 2024.

 

Conference Site Safety Policy:

For safety of your properties, please take good care of your belongings in the conference site. The organizer will not be held responsible for any damage or loss by way cause whatsoever. For the safety of participants and properties, please be sure to wear the conference badge in the conference period. And participants are not suggested to carry unrelated people into the conference rooms.
